Metal Ghost Shell — Closed Beta Demo

Metal Ghost Shell is a story-driven cyberpunk stealth game set in a world of corporate power, advanced robotics and weaponised machines.

You play as Kobe, an operative who survives through stealth rather than combat, alongside Xero, his robot companion.

Instead of traditional combat, Metal Ghost Shell replaces fighting with stealth, infiltration and puzzle mechanics. Deploy Xero into the environment, infiltrate hostile machines, possess enemy guards, manipulate security systems and turn the enemy’s own technology against them. Enemies aren’t just obstacles — they’re resources.

The game combines real-time stealth and puzzle-solving with a character-driven story told through visual-novel sequences, as Kobe is drawn deeper into a mystery surrounding Xero, the people around him, and events that reach far beyond a single mission.

About this beta

This is an early playable demo of Metal Ghost Shell, shared privately for beta testing.

Please play naturally. You don’t need to deliberately try to break the game — I’m more interested in what happens during a normal playthrough.
